1 kg of potatoes

200 g of cream TM Shchedryk

300 ml of milk TM Shchedryk

300 grams of cheese "Rivne" or "Mozzarella" TM Shchedryk choice

3 cloves garlic

butter for greasing TM Shchedryk form

salt pepper

nutmeg to taste (we recommend 1-2 teaspoons)

Preparation

Peeled potatoes cut into thin slices about 3-5 mm. Pour into greased with butter form, fill it with a mixture of pre-heated milk and cream, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and nutmeg, salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese. Bake about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180-200 °C until ready.
