300 g of sugar

120 g of honey

100 g of butter TM Shchedryk

150 g sour cream TM Shchedryk

100 g TM Shchedryk cream.

Preparation

Honey and sugar mix and put on a small fire. Melt to amber color, bring to a boil and boil, stirring for 5-7 minutes. Cream and sour cream mix well and heat. To sugar, add the butter at room temperature, then the hot milk mixture. Cook until done, you check the following: drip a little on the plate, let cool, and try if you satisfied with consistency. Take a pan, put a generously buttered parchment (not stuck to candy), pour the mixture there. Cooled down, but still soft toffee cut pieces of desired size.
