Dietary kefir pancakes

300 ml of kefir TM Shchedryk

200 g of oat groats

1 egg

1 tbsp. of honey

1 tsp. of soda

a pinch of salt

100 ml of boiling water

vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation

Mix the kefir with the eggs, add to the mix the salt and honey. Heat the mass. Grind oats in a blender and carefully add it to the mixture of kefir, stirring occasionally. Dissolve the baking soda in the boiling water, then add the water into a thick batter and mix well. Fry pancakes on a hot pan with vegetable oil, or try to dry.
