Unleavened chocolate paska (Easter bread)

200 g of butter TM Shchedryk

4 tbsp. of cocoa

1.5 cups of sugar

a bag of vanilla sugar

0.5 cups of cream TM Shchedryk

2 cups of flour

1 tsp. of baking powder

4 eggs

1 bar of dark chocolate

a handful of almonds or walnuts.

Preparation

Melt butter on low heat or water bath, add cocoa, vanilla sugar and sugar normal. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Then add half a glass of milk, put a mass on low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. The mixture should be smooth and when it has cooled, add the flour and baking powder and mix. Then add the eggs and whisk well until smooth. Crushed chocolate and nuts Stir in the chocolate mass and mix. Pour into molds. After baking, decorate, if desired, you can use a mixture of boiled condensed milk and butter and garnish with walnuts.
